Internal Dispute Resolution

When we receive a complaint, we will:

• Investigate the complaint thoroughly and fairly
• Keep you informed of the progress of your complaint
• Provide a written response within 30 days where possible
• Treat all complaints confidentially and with respect

To assist us in resolving your complaint, please provide:

• A clear description of your concern
• Any relevant documentation or correspondence
• The outcome you are seeking

External Dispute Resolution

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal dispute resolution process, you have the right to escalate your complaint to an external dispute resolution scheme.

Freedom Capital Finance is a member of an approved External Dispute Resolution scheme. If you are unable to resolve your complaint with us, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA):
